Manufactured from a closed-cell structure polymer, this adhesive possesses exceptional compression properties. It allows for the absorption of micro-imperfections in the frame or slight deformations, thus ensuring a perfect fit for the back glass or screen assembly. Its chemical composition is designed to withstand internal temperature variations of the device (up to 80°C peak), preventing premature glass detachment due to heat dissipated by the battery or processor.

The use of this 2UUL adhesive guarantees an "original-like" (OEM-like) finish. Its total opacity ensures a "Light-Shield" function, preventing any light leakage from the LCD backlight or internal sensors to the outside of the device, a common defect when using generic adhesives that are too thin or transparent.

Workshop Advice & Usage

For maximum adhesion, it is imperative to thoroughly degrease the contact surfaces with isopropyl alcohol (99%) before application. After applying the part (screen or back glass), we recommend uniform pressing using clamps or a screen press for at least 15 minutes. This "cold" curing time allows the Cushion Seal technology to adapt perfectly to the contours and ensure optimal sealing.
