Workshop Advice & Usage

For optimal results, maintain the lamp at a distance of approximately 5 to 10 mm from the area to be cured. An exposure of 10 to 15 seconds is generally sufficient for most micro-soldering varnishes. Warning: Never look directly at the UV light beam without suitable eye protection. We recommend cleaning the protective lens with a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol from time to time to prevent solder flux splashes from reducing the radiation power.
