Workshop Tips & Usage

For optimal results, insert the tip at a 45° angle between the brushes. Technical Tip: Use silicone brushes for regular work; they are sufficient to remove excess tin without wearing out the "Nano" protective coating of your tips. Reserve metal brushes for tips that are heavily oxidized or blackened. After each cleaning with the CM30, immediately apply a small drop of fresh tin to the tip to prevent oxidation upon exposure to air. Finally, regularly empty the collector tray to prevent residue buildup from interfering with the induction sensor.
