Although designed to accommodate an 18650 mAh lithium battery (not included), this 80W portable station can break free from mains constraints if equipped by the user, while offering the performance of a high-end benchtop station. Its native compatibility with T210 series tips makes it the ideal precision tool for work on smartphone, tablet, and wearable device motherboards.

The system relies on an intelligent PID temperature control algorithm, ensuring a lightning-fast temperature rise from ambient to 350°C in less than 2 seconds. This thermal responsiveness, coupled with a stability of ± 2°C, allows for homogeneous solder melting without thermal stress to surrounding components. The user interface is served by an OLED colour screen displaying real-time power consumption, set temperature, and battery status (if installed). The firmware is upgradeable via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, allowing users to benefit from the latest software optimisations of the AiXun platform.

The compact aluminium alloy design ensures efficient passive heat dissipation and increased durability against drops. The station supports fast charging via its USB-C port (compatible with PD and QC protocols), allowing for a full recharge in record time or extended use when connected to a high-capacity power bank or a 65W+ PD power adapter. Workshop Advice & Usage

To maximise the lifespan of T210 tips and battery life (when present), we recommend configuring the "Standby" and "Sleep" modes via the station menu. Due to the thinness of T210 tips, avoid any excessive mechanical pressure during soldering. For prolonged stationary use, connect the station to a USB-C charger of at least 65W to ensure maximum power stability during ground plane soldering. For mobile use, ensure you purchase a high-quality 18650 battery separately.
