BEST Push Type Liquid Dispenser (60 ml)
Description
The BEST 60ml liquid dispenser is an essential tool for organizing and streamlining workstations in micro-soldering and smartphone repair. This pump bottle is specifically designed to handle volatile solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA), acetone, or solder flux removers. It allows technicians to quickly saturate a cotton swab or microfiber cloth without having to handle bulky cans or risk accidental spills on the workbench.
The technical design is based on a vertical pressure pumping system. A simple press on the top stainless steel cup brings up the exact dose of liquid needed. This mechanism includes an anti-reflux valve that prevents excess liquid or impurities from flowing back into the main reservoir. This feature is crucial to ensure the purity of the solvent used when cleaning FPC connectors, camera lenses, or sensitive integrated circuits.
The bottle body is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a material chosen for its high chemical inertness and shock resistance. Its small 60ml capacity is ideal for ergonomic use on cluttered workbenches and facilitates transport during mobile interventions. The protective cap reduces the natural evaporation of volatile liquids, thus limiting odors in the workshop and extending the lifespan of consumables.

Workshop Advice & Usage
To keep the pumping mechanism operational, it is strongly advised not to use viscous liquids or those laden with solid residues (glues, varnishes) that could clog the internal valve. When using 99% isopropyl alcohol, make sure to close the top valve after each use to limit evaporation. If the liquid does not rise anymore, check that the internal dip tube is securely clipped at the base of the pump.
