Product Description

DEVIA Ranger Series | IPX8 Waterproof Pouch with Fluorescent Borders

Description

The DEVIA Ranger Series Waterproof Pouch is the ultimate protection for your smartphone during water activities, seaside holidays, or outdoor outings in rainy weather. IPX8 certified, it offers perfect waterproofing up to 30 meters deep. Its ingenious design incorporates fluorescent borders that glow in the dark, allowing you to instantly locate your device, even in murky waters or during nighttime use.

In terms of practicality, this pouch uses an ultra-transparent, high-sensitivity PVC material. This technology allows you to maintain full use of your screen's touch functions, enabling you to capture underwater photos and videos, check your messages, or make calls without ever exposing your smartphone to the elements. The double-latch locking system ensures an airtight barrier against water, as well as sand and fine impurities.

With a generous size, it is compatible with almost all current smartphones, including large-format models up to 6.9 inches. Delivered with a sturdy and adjustable lanyard, it can be worn comfortably around the neck or over the shoulder, ensuring your phone remains secure and accessible at all times during your adventures.

Workshop Advice & Usage

Before each use in immersion, we strongly recommend performing a "paper test": place a dry tissue inside the pouch, close it hermetically, and submerge it in water for 5 minutes. If the paper remains dry, the waterproofing is validated. Note that water pressure at great depths may make using the touchscreen more difficult; in this case, use your smartphone's volume buttons to trigger your underwater photos. After use in the sea, rinse the pouch thoroughly with fresh water to remove salt residues that could alter the locking latches over the long term.
