Description

FAIRPLAY cutting blades for the OCADIA V4 machine are forged from an ultra-robust hardened tungsten steel alloy, specially designed to excel in cutting new high-resistance rigid films (7H). Thanks to their hardening treatment, they guarantee extended service life, millimeter precision, and absolute fluidity when cutting curved angles (R-edges), even on the densest materials.

Extremely versatile, these blades also cut all classic soft films from our catalog (SAPHIR, QUARTZ, CRYSTAL, etc.) with impeccable sharpness. Due to the high density and high hardness of 7H films, the blade is subjected to greater physical stress: to maintain a perfect professional finish, replacement is recommended every 50 cuts or so (or as soon as cutting resistance is felt). This premium packaging includes 2 replacement blades, providing a theoretical capacity of 100 rigid cuts.

Please note: these blades are exclusively cut for the motorization and blade holder of the OCADIA V4 machine. They are not compatible with the OCADIA V3 machine.
