Device Conditions

The devices on offer come in several conditions, each reflecting the level of use and the work carried out:

• New: The device is new and comes with a direct European manufacturer's warranty. It has never been used and is supplied in official manufacturer packaging.
• Refurbished: The device has been audited by a partner. Non-functional parts have been replaced and the battery level is guaranteed. Depending on the partner, a warranty may be offered to the reseller. Data has been wiped before it was put on sale.
• Functional: The device has been partially tested by our teams to identify any broken parts. The network and battery have not been tested and may require replacement before being resold by the refurbisher. No warranty is provided, except in the event of a fault on receipt. Data has been wiped before it was put on sale. The refurbisher must inspect the device on receipt and carry out the necessary checks before putting it back on the market.
• For Repair: Faults or breakages have been detected by our teams. The faults are specified on the product sheet. Data has been wiped before it was put on sale. No warranty is provided, except in the event of a fault not indicated in the product description. The batteries are never tested and are therefore considered to potentially need replacing.

Cosmetic Grades

Refurbished devices are classified according to grades that reflect their cosmetic condition:

• Grade A: Very good condition, minimal signs of wear.
• Grade B: Good condition, visible signs of use.
• Grade C: Fair condition, obvious wear.
• Grade MIX ABC: Random grade (A, B or C).

Commercial Reminder

Excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (article 16):
