Description

KONTAKT 60 is a powerful cleaner designed for treating oxidized or corroded electronic components encountered during repairs of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and motherboards. It quickly dissolves the oxidation layers formed on connectors, ribbons, sockets, pins, or pins after exposure to moisture, liquid ingress, or prolonged storage.

Its active formulation based on technical solvents acts deeply on the conductive or insulating deposits created by oxidation. It is the essential first step before rinsing and protection in a post-liquid damage cleaning procedure.

Directions for Use

• Apply the product directly to the oxidized area using the capillary tube.
• Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the level of corrosion.
• Gently rub if possible (ESD brush or technical cotton swab).
• Rinse with KONTAKT WL to remove chemical residues and neutralize the solvent.
• Apply KONTAKT 61 for long-lasting anti-oxidant protection.
• Never use on a powered device. Allow to completely evaporate before putting back into service.
