KONTAKT ESD Workbench Cleaner 200 ml (ANTISTATIK 100)
Description
KONTAKT ANTISTATIK 100 is an antistatic cleaner specially formulated for repair stations in electronics, IT, and mobile phone industries. It is used on ESD workbenches, plastic supports, technical mats, or surfaces near sensitive components. By depositing an invisible antistatic film, it prevents the buildup of electrostatic charges that can cause ESD discharges when handling open circuits.
This product fits perfectly into a workshop maintenance routine. It leaves no greasy residue, dries quickly, and does not alter the appearance or properties of the treated surfaces. It is fully compatible with certified ESD repair environments.
Technical Specifications
- Type: Antistatic cleaner for electronic work surfaces
- Capacity: 200 ml (aerosol)
- Formulation: Antistatic surfactants - silicone and aggressive solvent-free
- Appearance: Clear liquid - invisible film after application
- Antistatic effect: Immediate and lasting neutralization of charges
- Drying: Fast, without visible traces or deposits
- Material compatibility: ESD mats, plastics, varnished supports, rubbers, casings
Advantages
- ESD Safety: Prevents electrostatic discharges that can damage motherboards, screens, ICs, or fragile connectors.
- Active Prevention: Neutralizes charges generated by hand, tool, or packaging friction on workstations.
- No Visual Impact: Does not alter the colors, textures, or mechanical properties of treated surfaces.
- Easy to Integrate: Compatible with daily use in workshop cleaning routines.
- No Silicone: No interference with repairs, adhesives, or soldering.
Recommended Applications
- ESD workbenches in mobile and IT repair workshops
- Surfaces in contact with electronic boards, open chassis, or exposed components
- Antistatic mats, sorting bins, disassembly trays
- Preventive cleaning of sensitive areas before working on bare circuits
Directions for Use
- Gently shake the aerosol.
- Spray directly onto the surface to be treated.
- Wipe with a lint-free cloth or an ESD wipe.
- Do not apply to powered equipment or open components.
- Do not rinse. Let air dry for a few seconds.
Technical Note
In an electronic repair environment, static electricity generated by simple friction (synthetic clothing, tools, component movements) can be enough to permanently damage circuits or components (IC, NAND, PMIC, etc.). An uncontrolled ESD discharge is invisible, silent, but can render a device irreparable. ANTISTATIK 100 forms an invisible barrier that protects your workspace, and therefore your interventions.
