Workshop Tips & Usage

The 0.02mm FJ202 wire is easier to handle than the 0.01mm, but still requires high-quality fine-point tweezers. When creating a long jumper, we recommend securing the wire with UV varnish (Solder Mask) points every 5 to 10 mm to prevent it from snagging during future handling. For successful tinning, use a clean soldering iron tip and a temperature between 370°C and 400°C to effectively penetrate the green insulation layer.
