MECHANIC ROBOT 7060T-TG Trinocular Stereo Microscope (7X-60X)
Description
The MECHANIC ROBOT 7060T-TG is a high-end optical inspection tool, specifically calibrated for after-sales service centres specialising in micro-soldering and data recovery. Thanks to its high-precision optical system, it offers continuous zoom ranging from 7X to 60X, allowing you to switch from an overview of a smartphone motherboard to a detailed observation of the micro-junctions of a processor or integrated circuit (IC) with exceptional clarity.
Its trinocular head is one of its major assets for the professional environment. It allows the simultaneous use of both eyepieces for natural stereoscopic (3D) vision, while transmitting the image via the third port to a dedicated digital camera. This configuration is essential for collaborative work or for recording complex repair procedures. The WF10X/23 wide-field eyepieces ensure total immersion and reduce eye fatigue during prolonged analysis sessions.
From a mechanical point of view, the ROBOT 7060T-TG is built to last. The body is machined from materials resistant to heat and flux splashes, while the lenses benefit from anti-reflective and anti-fungal treatments. Its standard working distance of 100 mm provides a comfortable space to manipulate the soldering iron or hot air nozzle under the objective, without the risk of hitting the optics.

Workshop Advice & Usage
For optimal use in micro-soldering, we recommend adding a protective lens (0.5X or 0.7X Barlow lens). Not only does it protect the primary objectives from soldering fumes and flux splashes, but it also allows you to double the working distance, offering more freedom for your tools. Also, remember to check the camera alignment via the C-Mount adapter so that the image on the screen perfectly matches what you see in the eyepieces (parfocality).
