MECHANIC TURBO 3 Micro-Soldering Station - Dual Channel and Instant Heating
Description
The MECHANIC TURBO 3 represents the pinnacle of "Nano" technology for high-precision electronic repair. Designed for technicians working on microscopic components, this dual-channel station allows you to equip your workstation with two complementary tools (C210 and C115) simultaneously. Its revolutionary heating technology allows you to reach the desired temperature in just 1 second, offering unparalleled reactivity for critical soldering under a microscope. Its high-definition color screen allows you to monitor real-time energy consumption and thermal stability, ensuring total control over your most delicate interventions.
The TURBO 3's ergonomics are designed for intensive repair workshops. Each iron stand features an ultra-sensitive induction standby system, instantly protecting your tips from oxidation. The station includes shortcut buttons for your preferred temperatures and allows for precise software calibration to compensate for tip wear. Whether you are working on BGA reballing, FPC connector replacement, or invisible data bridges (jumpers) to the naked eye, the MECHANIC TURBO 3 offers the power and finesse needed to succeed in every operation on the first try.

Workshop & Usage Advice
The TURBO 3 is a high-performance tool that requires quality consumables. Technical Tip: Use channel C115 exclusively for jumper reconstruction work under a microscope, and channel C210 for classic SMD component replacement to avoid premature wear of your finest tips. With the power curve display, if you see the station forcing (power peak) without the solder melting, do not increase the temperature: instead, use a board preheater to assist the station. Finally, make sure to use low melting point solder (138°C or 183°C) to fully benefit from the "Nano" precision without thermally stressing neighboring components.
