QUICK 8586D+ Repair Station - Professional Hot Air and Micro-Soldering Combo
Description
The QUICK 8586D+ is the ideal station for electronic repair workshops looking for versatility and reliability without cluttering the workspace. This 2-in-1 system integrates a powerful hot air gun for desoldering SMD components and a precision soldering iron for finishing work. With its advanced control electronics, each unit operates independently with a dedicated digital display, ensuring essential thermal stability when working on multi-layer PCBs of smartphones or computers.
User comfort is at the heart of the QUICK 8586D+ design. The hot air gun features automatic induction start-up: it turns on as soon as you pick it up and begins a cooling cycle as soon as you put it down. The soldering iron, lightweight and ergonomic, uses high-performance interchangeable tips for optimal heat transfer. Whether you need to replace a charging port, perform light reballing, or solder microscopic surface components, this station provides the precision and power required for professional quality repairs.

Workshop Tips & Usage
The versatility of the QUICK 8586D+ allows for fast workflow. Technical Tip: To desolder a plastic connector (such as FPC), set the hot air to around 320°C with medium air flow and use the soldering iron simultaneously at 350°C on the fixing pins (hybrid heating method). This allows for component removal in seconds without melting the plastic. Make sure to clean the air filter located under the station if present and never block the hot air gun outlet to prevent resistor overheating. Lastly, always use nozzles suitable for the component size to concentrate heat and protect neighboring elements.
