Professional Hot Air Station QUICK 861DW - 1000W
Description
The QUICK 861DW is considered by technicians as the absolute reference in terms of rework station for micro-soldering. With a power of 1000W, it offers sufficient thermal capacity to work on the largest ground planes (laptops, consoles, servers) while maintaining the finesse required for smartphone components. Its airflow system driven by a high-performance turbine ensures flawless thermal stability, thus avoiding excessive thermal shocks and damage to multilayer PCBs.
The intelligent system of the 861DW integrates three independent memory channels, allowing you to switch instantly between your customized work profiles. The handle is equipped with a magnetic switch that automatically triggers standby mode and forced cooling as soon as the tool is placed on its stand. This advanced thermal management prevents premature wear of the heating element and ensures optimal safety in the workshop. With its robust design and surgical precision, the QUICK 861DW is the reliable investment for any repair lab seeking long-term reliability and performance.

Workshop Advice & Usage
To maximize the efficiency of your QUICK 861DW, we recommend configuring your memory channels as follows: CH1 for resin cleaning (low temperature, medium air), CH2 for standard IC component removal (350-380°C), and CH3 for massive shields. Never turn off the station via the main switch until the automatic cooling process (Air at maximum towards 100°C) is completed. Be sure to use the original nozzles provided to maintain a constant air pressure and avoid unnecessarily overloading the internal turbine.
