Description
The TBK-201A is the ultimate finishing tool for any mobile repair workshop concerned with the quality of its assemblies. Specifically designed for bonding screens and back glasses, this universal press effectively replaces traditional clamps that are often too aggressive or imprecise. With its micrometer screw clamping system, you can apply constant and perfectly dosed pressure, ensuring that the glue adheres uniformly without risking damage to the display panel or internal components. Its rotating base offers superior working ergonomics, allowing you to inspect the device alignment from all angles during the drying time.
Durable and stable, the TBK-201A is equipped with high-density protective pads that conform to the shape of the smartphone while preventing scratches. Whether you are replacing an OLED screen on an iPhone or a back glass on a Samsung, this tool ensures perfect pressing, essential for restoring the original waterproofing and impeccable aesthetics. It is the ideal investment to eliminate "lifting" issues post-sale and provide a professional-level service to your customers.

Workshop & Usage Advice
For successful bonding, thoroughly clean any residues of old glue before applying a regular bead of B-7000 or T-7000 glue. Technical Tip: Never tighten the TBK-201A screw all the way; a firm but moderate pressure is enough for the adhesive to set. Excessive tightening could create white spots (pressure points) on the LCD screen or crack the thinnest back glasses. Leave the device under pressure for at least 15 to 30 minutes for optimal initial bonding. Lastly, always check the cleanliness of the protective foams to prevent a small glass chip from scratching the screen during the next pressing.
