The Tronsmart Bang portable speaker is a high-power autonomous sound system intended for accessory distributors, event equipment rental companies, and retailers of outdoor high-tech solutions. From an acoustic point of view, the speaker uses a stereophonic architecture in a 2.2 configuration. Workshop Advice & Usage

As a repairer or retailer, you must imperatively warn your end customers about the distinction between resistance to violent water jets (IPX6) and complete immersion (IPX7). The Tronsmart Bang speaker is not designed to float or be submerged in a pool: immersion can destroy the membranes of the side passive radiators due to hydrostatic pressure. To ensure waterproofing, ensure that the thick rubber cap located at the back is perfectly clipped into its housing after each recharge or use of the physical ports. Regarding after-sales service, if there is a return for a battery life problem, first validate the usage protocol: simultaneous activation of the software equalizer pushed to the maximum, volume beyond 80%, and dynamic RGB light strips causes the battery discharge time to drop below the 5-hour mark, which corresponds to normal electrical behavior of the power circuit.
