Workshop Advice & Usage

For optimal installation, we recommend mounting the doorbell at a height between 1.2m and 1.5m from the ground to maximise the effectiveness of the wide-angle lens. If you opt for a battery-powered installation, disable the "constant real-time preview" function to extend battery life. When using a wired connection, it is imperative to check that the voltage of your existing doorbell transformer is between 8V and 24V to avoid any damage to the internal charging circuit. Finally, inform your customers that a stable Wi-Fi connection at the front door is necessary to ensure the smoothness of the 2K video stream.
