Expert Advice & Usage

For optimal performance, do not place the repeater directly in the area where the Wi-Fi signal is lost, but halfway between your source router and the dead zone. Use the LED indicator: if it turns orange, the source signal is too weak to guarantee Wi-Fi 6 speeds. We strongly recommend using the Xiaomi Home app to configure the Mesh network, which allows you to activate the "Smart Connect" function (merging the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands). If you are installing it in a dense environment (flats), activate WPA3 mode for increased security against network intrusions.
